I'm 20 years old and a college junior. I'm on a weight loss journey. I just want to be healthy and happy. It's time.

LW: 187.6 ; My freshman year of college, I finally got serious about my health and lost 20 lbs within 4 months. Then, I went rogue for awhile. I never completely stopped trying to lose weight. I would still try to work out and eat healthy, but not consistently, so I gained some weight back. Here's to never giving up, and finally seeing my body at it's best. Cheers.
I do feel like I’ve been going overboard with the before and afters recently— but you guys, I just feel really hot. I’m so proud of my progress. And when you’ve been as tired and “blah” as I have been recently its nice to have something that makes you feel good about yourself.
YOU SHOULD BE BEYOND PROUD GUUUURL seriously you’re amazing + inspiring and all around badass ILY
I kind of didn’t want to post this, but it made me feel a lot better. This is probably my first before [left] and during/after [right] picture of anything ever. The pictures were only taken a few weeks apart (27/03/14-17/04/14), but I’m so proud of myself. They’re still kind of tight, but the zipper goes up now! I’m really hoping to see and feel a difference in another 3-4 weeks :)
I’ve nearly cut my body fat percentage in half, lost about 100ish pounds between these pictures, gained a ridiculous amount strength, gained muscle and I’ve learned how to eat and live a much healthier life. I’ve still got a long way to go before I’m satisfied with my strength and body, but I’m working hard for my health, happiness and success. Work hard, lift weights, be happy, eat your food.
